When you call, you speak directly to Geoff, not a call centre. He’ll ask a couple of quick questions to understand the situation, give you an honest estimate, and head out to you.
Wherever possible Geoff uses non-destructive entry methods, meaning he’ll get you back in without damaging your lock or door. If a lock does need replacing, he carries a range of quality replacements and can fit one on the same visit.

What to expect when Geoff arrives
A lot of people have never had to call a locksmith before and aren’t sure what happens. Here’s how it usually goes.
Geoff will take a look at the lock and door before doing anything. He’ll explain what he thinks the best approach is and confirm the price with you before any work starts. Most emergency jobs, including straightforward lockouts, are resolved quickly, often in under half an hour.
If the lock needs replacing rather than just opening, Geoff will talk you through the options and recommend the right replacement for your door type. He carries stock with him, so in most cases the new lock goes in on the same visit.
Once the job is done, Geoff will make sure everything is working properly before he leaves. If you have any questions about your locks or door security afterwards, just ask.

We called Geoff this morning at just gone nine and by 2 pm he’d come out to fix our locked shut double patio doors. When he arrived, he managed to get them open in less than 10 minutes and a little while later he mangaed to replace the entire failed mechanism and lock. Arrived home late on a cold wet winter’s night to find that our front door lock was completely broken. We called Geoff and within minutes, he arrived and moments later we were safely within our home! The lock needed to be replaced as well as the barrel itself, which Geoff did with calm and maximum efficiency. We called Geoff after our new house had issues with the front door locks (one key could only work one way, while one key didn’t work at all!) He was super responsive coming out in just over an hour, which was so appreciated especially as it was a Saturday. Geoff was so helpful, sorting the issue easily, his prices were great, and Geoff himself was really personable, friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if needed and would recommend to anyone!

After having locked myself out I called Geoff after seeing his reviews and pictures on Google. He was able to help and arrived quickly. He was obviously very capable and had the door open in no time. Very happy with the service. Also turned out cheaper than most others we googled.
