This week Geoff went out to a customer who had been waiting all night for a series of locksmiths who each let her down. Each of these were advertising as local but turned out to a sub-contractor working for a national company. None of these companies were advertising under their own name and so there was no damage to their reputation when they didn’t show up to do the work. Understandably the customer was looking for as low a price as possible so picked one of the locksmith adverts that promise cheap prices. In the end they found GRN and Geoff was able to get them back in their house within an hour of their call to him.
